What is the $100 deposit for?
It secures your place in our first production run. The remaining $399 is billed before your mat ships. You won't be charged anything further until then.
When will I receive my mat?
We're targeting delivery in Q4 2026. Preorder customers are fulfilled in the order their deposit was received.
Can I get a refund on my deposit?
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable if you request a refund before manufacturing begins, or if Seismi is unable to fulfil your order. We're targeting our manufacturing run for Q3 2026 — we'll notify all preorder customers in advance of that milestone. To request a refund, contact us here.
What pets and sizes does the mat support?
The mat works for pets 7 lbs and up — including adult cats, larger puppies, and all dog breeds. It reads through thick fur, blankets, cushions, and pet beds, so no skin contact is required. It was clinically tested on small, medium, and large dog breeds and cats at Kansas State University.
Do I need a subscription to use the mat?
